A: We build using a fixed-price model, which means you’ll know the agreed-upon construction cost before your project begins. If you decide to make changes or upgrades during the build, those adjustments are handled through a clear and transparent change order process so there are never any surprises.
Q: What is the price range of your homes?
A: Most of our homes start around $400k+, depending on size, design, finishes, and land conditions.
Q: Do you provide financing?
A: While we do not provide in-house financing, we work with trusted local lenders who specialize in custom home construction loans. We’re happy to connect you with financing partners who can help guide you through the lending process.
Q: How many homes do you build each year?
A: We intentionally only build 2–3 custom homes per year to give each client the attention, quality, and communication they deserve.

Q: Do I need land before contacting you? What if I don’t already own land?
A: That’s completely okay — many of our clients begin the process before purchasing land. We offer Land & Lot Search Assistance to help you find the right property. We can connect you with experienced local realtors who specialize in land and lot sales throughout Sussex and Kent Counties, and we’ll help evaluate potential properties to make sure they’re a good fit for your future home.

A: Our typical build timeline is 28–32 weeks after permits are approved.

A: The timeline begins after permits are approved and site preparation begins.
Q: Do you provide updates during construction?
A: Yes, you receive weekly progress reports, photos, videos, and timeline updates.
Q: Can I visit the site during the build?
A: Yes. We welcome walkthroughs at key stages with safety guidelines in place.
