Custom homes starting around $250,000, with most Dabar projects falling between $250,000 and $750,000.
Your final price depends on the home you want to build, your property and site conditions, and the materials and finishes you select. We work through those details early so you can understand what is realistic for your project before moving too far into the process.

SITE INSPECTION
Dabar evaluates your property and site conditions before establishing your starting price.
FINAL PROJECT PRICE
After the meeting, site inspection, and selections are reviewed, Dabar typically provides your final construction price within about two weeks.
